Dewey
Dewey hears the word bath and runs.
When Dewey hears the word bath he does:"Bam, Dewey was gone. Every time". This shows that Dewey does not enjoy baths, and runs whenever he hears the word "Bath".
Twilight-
Edward shows great attraction to Bella. Right when Bella wakes up, Edward is waiting for her in her bedroom and says " your hair looks like a haystack...but I like it". This obviously says that Edward does not care about what her appearance looks like, he thinks she is still extremely beautiful.
Keeping Faith-
Mariah shows immediate grief when she finds her husband cheating on her again. As she walks into the room and sees Collin she thinks, "Oh, God. It is happening again." This shows immediate grief when she finds her husband cheating on her. She has grief because she believed that this wouldn't happen again.
Twilight
Edward shows that he is truly the good guy. When Bella asks why Edward kills animals instead of humans, he replies, "I don't want to be a monster." The fact that Edward doesn't kill innocent people, and the fact that he wants to be the best that he can possibly be in his situation, shows that he has a good heart, and that he is really the good guy.
The man in the tell tale heart is crazy. We know this because he says "You fancy me mad, madmen know nothing!" This proves that he is crazy because he denies it. He also chopped up a man just because he didn't like the eye the old man had. And only madmen could chop up a dead person and put the remains under the floorboards.

Dewey enjoys sleeping in his bed by the heater. When Vicki goes to get Dewey he is: " Dewey was asleep inside his fake fur lined bed". This shows that Dewey enjoys sleeping his fake fur lined bed, which is by the heater, which would make the bed really warm and comfortable for old Dewey.

Edward shows great Attraction to bella.Right when bella wakes up edward is waiting for her,and says. "your hair looks like a hay stack bur i like it". This shows that edward dosent care what her hair looks like he still thinks she hott.

The Madman thinks and feels like the Old Mans eye is haunting him. In the beginning of the story, the man explains why the guy hates the Old Man. He says,"For his gold I had no desire, I think it was his eye." This shows that the man thinks the only way to rid the evil eye is to kill the Old Man.
Poison:
Poison offers the man a 4th silver coin even though she knows he wouldn't help her with "marching to her doom". "I don't suppose I could tempt you with a fourth coin?", she said, only half joking. This shows that she likes the man for his help and wishes he would come help her because she is scared.
Breaking Dawn
Bella shows that she's loves her Baby, she says, "The baby is suffocating, Get him OUT! He can't BREATHE! Do it NOW!" This shows that even though Bella was going through tons of pain, it was important to her that her baby stayed safe.

The man admits he killed another man because he can't handle the guilt og taking away someone's life. When he hears the heart of the old man, even after he died, he cant take any more, and says "Dissemble no more! A admit to the deep! =Tear up the planks! -Here, here! It is the beating of his hideous heart!" This shows that he has done something wrong, and he can not handle the guilt he is recieving from that.

The man soon figured out the lieing wont help solve any of the problems before him. When the police came, he lied, but then couldn't handle it after making the lie, and he says "No doubt I grew very pale- but I talked more fluently, and with a heightened voice." He can't handle tge lies and figures out that lieing wont help his problem out, and the only way out is honesty.

Emily gets put in a bad position when other people talk about her. not everything that you may hear, will be true, she thinks and says "Don't believe everything you hear!" Emily and her old beat friends have one big secret.That secret was only told to one of there old, died best friends. Now someone else nows, but who? The person gives clues but some are not true. Can you believe everything you hear?
Skate
Ian helps his little brother out. Ian goes to the store to buy food for Sammy. He shows this when he says, "I put a box of tuna helper, a can of tuna, and a Mountain Dew on the counter." It shows that he cares about his little brother. He shows this by buying him a soda pop and food.
Keeping Faith
Mariah shows anxiety when her daughter has 3 blades sliced across her back. As Faith participates in the circus Mariah is worried when she sees Faith getting hurt. She thinks, "It's my fault, I couldn't stop it." This shows anxiety because Mariah is worried about her daughter's health. All she feels now is anxiety because she wants her daughter to get better.
The book I'm reading is Raptor Red.
Raptor Red is a ferocius dinosaur, called Utah Raptor. She shows her ferouciusnes, when the cows eyes follow the light glistening over the broad scales on the thighs and calves of the of the giant rators runninf noiselessly over the hard mud. The bulls still are totally absorbed with their sparing. they don't see the foreign raptors until the horrible hand claws cut long gshes through their skin and muscle. The quote shows how raptor red attacks an animal with her forecious claws.
Fallen Angels
Perry joined the army at age 22 and has been frightened of death since he was 16. The first day of battle, Perry had two friends die and when they died they both told him that there was one important thing for hm to do. Thy said to Perry, "Take my tags and my letters and make sure they get to my family." This never happened because Perry died three weeks later on his way to Hawaii.

Tom had to whitewash the fence on a beautiful Saturday. While he was doing this he could have been swimming in the river. When he was whitewashing the fence one of his friend came by with an apple, Tom wanted the apple so he made a plan that he would say "This is not a chore, this is fun." this made his friend want to try so he let him and when he let his friend try all of his friends wanted to try and that the the whole fence done by mid-day which meant Tom could go swimming.

Rialla was brave making the decision that she would go back to Darran as a spy undercover as a slave. Rialla and the spymaster both knew it would be hard for her to go back to Darran, especially as a slave again, but the spymaster offered her something she couldn't turn down as a reward for her services, an end to slavery in Darran. So as her answer, Rialla said,"Do you know what you ask of me,spymaster?" This was Rialla's way of saying yes she would go, and that proves that Rialla was being very brave for agreeing to go back to the place where her life was turned to misery.

Curly is mad that someone ruined his land and wants someone to pay for the time it is going miss because he has to clean it up. He doesn't really know who did do this, but is sure that it was probably kids. Curly says "I don't really know who made this big mess on my land but I am sure it was those kids that always get in trouble!" Curly just called the police because he wanted to blame someone who could pay for the damage done.
